What on Earth has a couple of themes which were mixed together, even though they’re not normally associated. The side of the game which feels unusual is the one where you get classic fruit icons, but transformed into astral bodies. You get a watermelon as a planet with satellites around it, a plum as a planet with a ring, an orange as the Sun, or the cherry on fire, looking like a comet. Both the fruit related planets and the aliens that are looking to invade bring their fair share of comedy to the slot. It’s funny, but since it looks like a very old slot machine, it’s got a dated design and I didn’t find it that easy to enjoy. There appears to be a star filled background in there as well, behind the reels, but you don’t really get to see much of it.

There are several symbols in What on Earth, that will have extra roles to fill, or which will behave in a different way than most symbols.
